How to Support Drainage Pathways
Open drainage BEFORE killing pathogens. Bowels must move 1-2x daily. Lymph needs movement. Liver needs bile flow. Kidneys need water. Closed drainage = toxins recirculate = feeling terrible.
Why Drainage First
If you kill parasites, mold, or bacteria faster than you can eliminate them, toxins build up. This causes severe die-off reactions: headaches, fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, mood swings. The rule: open drainage first, kill second.
The Four Drainage Pathways
1. Colon (Bowels)
Target: 1-2 bowel movements daily. This is non-negotiable. Most toxins exit through stool.
- • Magnesium citrate/oxide: 400-800mg before bed
- • Water: Minimum 2-3 liters daily
- • Fiber: If tolerated, psyllium or vegetables
- • Movement: Walking stimulates peristalsis
- • Coffee enemas: When needed for constipation
2. Lymphatic System
No pump — requires movement. Lymph carries waste from cells to elimination. If stagnant, toxins accumulate.
- • Rebounding: 5-10 min daily on mini trampoline
- • Dry brushing: Before showers, toward heart
- • Walking: Muscle contractions move lymph
- • Deep breathing: Diaphragm pumps lymph
- • Lymphatic massage: If very congested
3. Liver/Bile
Bile carries toxins out. If bile is sludgy or flow is sluggish, toxins reabsorb in the gut (enterohepatic circulation).
- • Bitter herbs: Dandelion, artichoke, gentian
- • Coffee enemas: Stimulate bile dump
- • Castor oil packs: Over liver area
- • TUDCA: Keeps bile flowing
- • Beets: Thin bile, support flow
4. Kidneys
Water-soluble toxins exit via urine. Dehydration concentrates toxins and stresses kidneys.
- • Water: 2-3+ liters daily, more during detox
- • Electrolytes: Sodium, potassium, magnesium
- • Kidney herbs: Parsley, nettle, corn silk
- • Lemon water: Morning kidney flush
Signs Drainage Is Closed
- • Constipation (less than daily bowel movement)
- • Severe die-off symptoms (headaches, fatigue, mood)
- • Puffy face, swollen lymph nodes
- • Dark or infrequent urination
- • Feeling worse despite "doing everything right"
If you see these signs, pause killing protocols and focus on drainage support.
